Web7 de nov. de 2024 · Instructions. Place turnips, parsnips and apple in a large pot. Cover with water and add 1 teaspoon salt. Bring water to a boil and simmer until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well. Add butter and cream to the pot along with the drained vegetables. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender * (see note).
