WebThe Klamath Water Users Association (KWUA) is a non-profit private corporation that has represented farmers and ranchers working on Klamath Reclamation Project in its current form since 1953. However, the roots of the organization date back to the beginning of the Klamath Reclamation Project in 1905. Webwater user associations (WUAs). WUAs are co-operative associati ons of water users established under the National Water Act to undertake water-related activities for the mutual benefit of all its members. Within the associations, members co-operate and pool res ources to address local water related needs and priorities.
