WebIf you are using Mod Organizer 2, then Skyrim.ini is located under ...\Modding\\profiles\\. My advice is to get BethINI and edit the ini files with it as it will give you more useful tweaks including an option to set some settings to recommended non default values automatically. Quit Skyrim, quit Mod Organizer, and when I reopened Mod Organizer with the Vanilla No Mods profile active, I had no more crazy .ini errors. Life is good again, and I can finish setting up my tools in Mod Organizer.
